This series of one-hour training sessions addresses a range of strategies to help governors tackle your school's financial challenges, in response to the shared problem of falling pupil rolls across London.  Each session will be held remotely via Zoom and will involve a half-hour presentation followed by a Q&A session.  You can join for as many sessions as are relevant to your school's circumstances. (each session is published separately).
