This training should enable Governors to understand both statutory and non statutory data and therefore enable them to ask good questions that will take their school forward.  It will particularly focus on what data your school might have given the lack of statutory data due to the pandemic

1. to show the role of Governors regarding data


2. To explain statutory data - pre pandemic


3. To explain what form data might currently take given the lack of statutory data


4. to show what Governors might be looking for in the data as presented


5. To go through the types of questions Governors might ask as part of their role of challenge
