As this is an active session that may require a small amount of physical participation, you are advised to wear appropriate clothing and not be hindered in any way.
You will be in the very large training room so social distancing is maintained.
Face guards are supplied for the mannequins (sussy annies) and bacterial wipes provided at all time. Sanitiser is dotted around the whole building.
Lungs for the annies are changed after each training, as are the bandages, slings etc, which are all sanitised by washing or steam cleaning after use.
Please wear your mask when walking through the building, but will not be necessary during your training.
We regret we are no longer able to supply lunches. There are a number of cafes just a very short walk away.
