Code: CPD/21/95 Making Sense of Behaviour - Behaviour as Communication Training

This training is designed for anyone working with children, young people and/or their parents or carers in Hounslow.

The training aims to provide an understanding of what a child or young peron's behaviour may be communicating and ways to reduce this anxiety, prevent and de-escalate behaviours which challenge us.

The training aims to link psychodynamic theory with practice and is informed by the experience of staff at Mulberry Bush (Special SEMH School) of working therapeutically with children who have experienced trauma and the emotional impact this can have on the staff working alongside them.
